Refund and Delivery Policy

All products are digital. No physical product will be shipped.

After payment, Creem sends a receipt and product-access information to the email address entered during checkout.

Please check your inbox, spam, junk, and promotions folders. Download and save your files and keep a backup copy.

Google Sheets products require a Google account. A computer or laptop is recommended for the initial setup.

Access Problems

if:

• Your receipt does not arrive
• A download is missing
• A link does not work
• The wrong file was delivered
• A file is damaged or incomplete

Include your purchase email, order number, product name, and a short description of the problem.

Do not include confidential client, patient, or student information.

Refunds

Because digital products are delivered immediately, purchases are generally final.

A refund may be considered when:

• The same product was purchased twice
• The wrong product was delivered
• A required file is missing
• A file or link is defective and cannot be corrected
• The product is materially different from its description
• A refund is required by applicable law

Please allow an opportunity to restore access or correct a technical problem before requesting a refund.

Refunds are generally not provided for a change of mind, purchasing the wrong product, failure to review the description, unsupported software, lack of a Google account, or failure to download and save the files.

Submit refund requests within 14 days of purchase.

Approved refunds are processed through Creem and returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider. Creem describes its merchant-of-record responsibilities as including payment disputes, refunds, and tax collection.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
